This apple tree will be grafted in January and ready for October the same year.
Raised in the garden of Mrs Eyre Crabbe at Basset, Southampton prior to 1850. It is said to be a seedling from Blenheim Orange open-pollinated. Fruits have soft, juicy flesh with a pleasant flavour similar to Blenheim Orange.
