Just to say a big thank you to all our customers - old and new for your support and good wishes through this difficult time. We chose to close our gates to visitors as we felt that our nursery set up did not allow us to implement sufficient changes to keep our customers and team safe and people simply cannot be replaced. Although our gates are closed right now to visitors, behind them we are busy beavering away, grafting and growing trees. As always, we are here to give advice and recommend the most suitable varieties to suit your needs, space and soil. One positive thing that has come from COVID is the many people who are enjoying growing their own food and we hope this continues. So whether you wish to grow vegetables from seeds, plant an orchard, make your own cider or just dream of making your own jam, from a single tree to larger projects, we are still very much here to help you. A little jaded maybe but still as passionate as ever and we would love to assist you. Last night Nellie had a very near miss. Chasing a stick, she impaled herself on it and speared her throat, missing two arteries by millimetres.
Thanks to our brilliant vet, working at night, she is fine- if very sorry for herself. So please DONT THROW STICKS FOR DOGS.
